  • ABOUT US

    The Supportive Medicine Clinic at Beacon Court, Sandyford, is the first of its kind in Ireland.

    Supportive Medicine broadens the scope of palliative medicine to encourage referral earlier in a patient’s cancer or non-cancer diagnosis, including the safe and effective use of opioids for cancer and non-cancer pain management, assessment tools in palliative medicine, and closer integration of care between hospital and community.

    We also include access to a Wellbeing and Life Coaching practice in the clinic aimed at supporting individual patients life-goals and focused targets using forward-thinking strategies to assist their Supportive Medicine Clinic care plan and journey.

    The Supportive Medicine Clinic can provide educational talks and programmes to your multidisciplinary team, G.P. Practice or Nursing Home.
